Dear Connecticut Pathology Residents and Fellows:

Please submit your scholarly work for presentation at CSP's 2025 Annual Education Meeting, being held on Saturday February 22, 2025 at the Bristol Event Center, 112 Century Dr, Bristol CT from 8 am – 4 pm.   

Outstanding abstracts will be selected for platform presentation during the meeting. Prizes will be awarded to the top presenters. 

Deadline for submission is February 10th, 2025. 

Submitting authors must have an active CSP account and register for the meeting in order to have his/her/their abstracts considered for acceptance. Awards will be given only to those present at their poster during designated times at the meeting. 

Abstracts should be limited to 350 words and include the presenters’ name(s), affiliated program, phone number(s) and email address(es). Abstracts presented at previous meetings (USCAP, ASCP, CAP, etc.) are acceptable for submission.  Do not submit abstracts that have been accepted but not yet presented other meetings, or abstracts presented prior to 2023.  Abstracts should be formatted to include a background, methods and materials, results, and discussion. Abstracts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file and sent as an email attachment to abstracts@ctpath.org.  Maximum poster size is 48 in x 36 in.
